Apple pie with pudding filling without added sugar
We use Xucker Premium for the shortcrust pastry. Why? Quite simply: Because it has great baking properties and adds a full-bodied sweetness. The pudding and crumble contain Xucker Light – the calorie-free sweetener for anything that needs to be crispy or extra creamy. Xucker Light has only a low solubility and tends to crystallize slightly in batters. We like the crumbles to add an extra dose of crunch. We prepare the creamy, starch-free vanilla pudding according to our own recipe!

Instructions
- To make the apple pie with pudding, we first prepare the shortcrust pastry. To do this, quickly knead all the ingredients into a dough and refrigerate.
- In the meantime, preheat the oven to 175°C (347°F) convection.
- Peel, core, and cut the apples into pieces and drizzle with lemon juice. This prevents them from browning too quickly and gives the pie a pleasant acidity.
- Roll out the shortcrust pastry and place it in a springform pan, pulling the dough up along the edges.
- Now cook the pudding according to the instructions.
- Distribute the apples on the shortcrust pastry and pour the hot pudding over them.
- Now make the streusel: To do this, quickly knead all the ingredients together and sprinkle over the pudding.
- Bake the pie for 65 minutes. Enjoy!
