Make your own chocolate peanut bar without added sugar
With our version, you can save yourself that trouble, because we use calorie-free Xucker Bronxe to make our nut bars. This means that our bars have very little sugar (approx. 2 grams per bar).
Instructions
1. For the peanut chocolate bars, first beat the coconut milk together with the vanilla pudding powder, coconut oil, cream stiffener and Xucker Bronxe until fluffy.
2. Pour this vanilla layer into a small brownie tin and leave to cool in the freezer for about 1 hour.
3. For the second layer, warm the almond paste a little and mix with Xucker Bronxe and butter.
4. Pour this mixture onto the first layer and freeze for another 30 minutes.
5. Now heat the peanut butter slightly until it becomes liquid. Pour a thin layer over the bars and allow to cool briefly.
6. Remove the mixture from the tin and cut into bars.
7. Garnish each bar with peanuts, melt the chocolate drops and roll the bars in them.
8. Now cool the chocolate peanut bars for another 30 minutes and enjoy.
