Making egg liqueur layered dessert in a glass yourself
Our egg liqueur tiramisu in a glass is prepared with homemade low-carb egg liqueur. We bake the sweet bunny ears from low-carb shortcrust pastry, and low-carb ladyfingers are also hidden in the layered dessert.
Instructions
- Prepare the low-carb ladyfingers and the shortcrust pastry bunny ears the day before. (The provided recipe for low-carb butter cookies can be used as a recipe for the bunny ears. The dough only needs to be shaped into bunny ears instead of cutting out cookies). The shortcrust pastry is enough for about 16 bunny ears. Alternatively, it can be baked into regular cookies. The finished ladyfingers will be very crispy, and the leftovers can be stored airtight for some time and used elsewhere.
- Stir the yogurt with Xucker Light and a splash of lemon juice until smooth.
- Now crumble some pieces of the low-carb ladyfingers into the two glasses and pour a shot of the homemade egg liqueur over them.
- Distribute half of the yogurt into the two glasses, crumble ladyfingers over it again, add a shot of egg liqueur, and now also add apricot jam. Repeat the whole process and decorate with the bunny ears.
