Halloween witch fingers

Halloween witch fingers

Sweet treats are a must for Halloween - but we're happy to avoid all the sugar in Halloween recipes. Our Halloween witch fingers are made from a delicious low-carb shortcrust pastry without adding sugar and are topped with crispy almond fingernails. That's what we call spooky finger food. Bake your own Halloween witch fingers without added sugar For crispy Halloween witch fingers, a mixture of xylitol and erythritol is a good sugar substitute. We use Xucker Premium and Xucker Light.

5. Bake the witch fingers for about 20 minutes until golden brown, remove and allow to cool well.
6. Now the witch fingers can be brushed blood red with red food coloring if desired. You can remove the almonds from the finger again and stick them back on with a little food coloring.
