Isotonic drinks from the supermarket are real sugar traps. They often contain 20g of sugar per 500ml – equivalent to 13 sugar cubes per liter.
Isotonic drink with orange without added sugar
That's far too much, even for active people! That's why we rely on our homemade orange isotonic drink with Xucker instead of sugar!
Instructions
1. For our isotonic drink with orange, combine Xucker Light, Bronxe, and salt with a little hot water and let it cool.
2. Mix the resulting Xucker syrup with the orange and lemon juice and the sparkling water in a carafe.
3. Fill glasses with ice cubes and top with the orange lemonade. Done!
