Simple, quick to make, and a true autumn treat – whether for home or as a sweet snack at school.
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celsius (400 degrees Fahrenheit) fan/convection oven.
2. First, combine the butter and Zero Sugar in a mixing bowl and beat with a hand mixer until creamy. Then, gradually add the eggs and mix everything together.
3. Mix the flour with the baking powder and into the egg mixture.
4. Peel the apple, remove the core, and cut into small pieces. Mix the apple pieces into the batter using a wooden spoon.
5. Using two teaspoons or an ice cream scoop, evenly distribute small portions of the batter onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. If you prefer larger cookies, you can use a tablespoon to scoop the batter.
6. Bake the cookies in the preheated oven on the middle rack for about 10 to 12 minutes, until golden brown.
7. Once cooled, dust the apple cookies with a little Zero Sugar. Enjoy while still warm from the oven!
