Sugar-Free Lava Cake Recipe
Our sugar-free lava cake recipe is designed for exactly 2 people, ideal for a romantic dinner for two. The molds can be filled in advance and wait to be served warm as a dessert
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 220 °C fan.
2. Then melt the butter and chocolate drops in the microwave (approx. 40 seconds) or over a water bath.
3. Whisk the egg, Xucker and salt in a bowl. Stir in the chocolate butter. Now sift in the dry ingredients (flour, cocoa and chili) and mix everything into a smooth dough.
4. Grease two small casserole dishes (approx. H 4.5 cm; W 6 cm) and dust with baking cocoa.
5. Spread the dough on top and bake the lava cakes for 8-10 minutes. The cakes are good when the surface is lightly baked but they still "wobble" a little.
6. Carefully turn them out onto 2 plates and dust with erythritol powder. Finally, garnish the lava cake with chili threads and/or berries as desired.
