Low-carb spider cookies
Our low-carb spider cookies will bring a spooky touch to your Halloween buffet. With no flour or added sugar, they're also a great snack for in-between meals.
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 180 °C fan.
2. Mix all the ingredients for the dough together, then roll out and form round, evenly sized cookies.
3. Place on the baking tray and bake for about 15 minutes. The cookies are very soft after baking and should be carefully placed on a rack to cool.
4. Now melt the whole milk drops in a water bath and decorate the cookies with a round blob of melted chocolate. Optionally, place a chocolate-covered nut on each blob.
5. Stick two white chocolate drops on each and draw two small eyes with chocolate. Of course, the low-carb cookies also taste good simply covered in chocolate or on their own.
