Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 180 °C top and bottom heat.
2. Beat the egg whites with Xucker Premium and salt until stiff.
3. Mix the oat flakes and nuts with the two egg yolks.
4. Then fold in the egg whites until well distributed and finally fold the puffed quinoa and raspberries into the mixture.
5. Line a baking tray with baking paper and place the "dough" on it. With wet hands, shape into an even rectangle about one centimeter thick.
6. Bake for about 15 minutes until golden brown and allow to cool well.
7. Then cut into the desired size with a sharp, large knife and store in an airtight container until ready to eat.
