Pralines – with 3 ingredients
How do you spoil your loved ones on Valentine's Day? With chocolates or do you let flowers do the talking? We have a simple chocolate recipe for you that will make sweet hearts skip a beat!
Instructions
1. Heat water in a kettle and put it in a pot.
2. Put the dark chocolate drops in a ceramic bowl and melt in a water bath while stirring. At the same time, put the white chocolate drops in a freezer bag with a tablespoon of coconut oil and also hold them in the water. Knead them with your fingers again and again.
3. As soon as the chocolate has melted, put half of the dark chocolate into 9 praline molds. Fill another 9 molds with the white chocolate by cutting off one tip of the freezer bag. Then close it with a clip to keep it fresh.
4. Now draw up the pistachio-coconut cream with the syringe and fill a dollop into all the pralines.
5. Finish each time with the other type of chocolate and tap the silicone mold lightly on the table. This way, even the smallest air bubbles can be removed.
6. Allow the chocolates to set in the fridge for about 45 minutes and then press them out of the mold.
