Protein balls without sugar (peanut and coconut)
Protein bars and other protein snacks are very popular after a workout. However, many store-bought protein snacks are full of sugar and very expensive.
Peanut and coconut protein balls with no added sugar
Our peanut protein balls are quick and easy to make and require only a few ingredients. We've also come up with a version with coconut balls.
Instructions
Peanut protein balls
1. Mix peanut butter, erythritol powder, and protein powder and knead into a smooth mixture.
2. Form into 12 even-sized balls and roll in chia seeds and puffed amaranth.
Coconut Protein Balls
