Quick vanilla cookies (no chilling time)
When it gets cold outside and the scent of freshly baked cookies fills the house, the most wonderful time of the year begins. These quick vanilla cookies with no chilling time are perfect when you're spontaneously in the mood for some Christmas spirit – no hours of waiting for the dough!
Thanks to Xucker Zero Sugar, they have no added sugar but still taste wonderfully sweet, and with Vanillexucker, they spread an irresistible festive aroma. Here's the recipe for a portion of Christmas joy.
Instructions
- Cream the butter and Xucker Zero Sugar with a hand mixer. Then add the flour, egg, and Vanillexucker, and knead everything into a smooth dough.
- Preheat the oven to 180 °C (top/bottom heat). Lightly dust baking paper with flour, roll out the dough on it, and cut out shapes as desired – stars, hearts, or Christmas trees.
- Carefully slide the baking paper onto a baking sheet and bake the cookies for about 8–10 minutes until golden yellow.
- Let the vanilla cookies cool and store them airtight in a tin. This way, they stay crisp and delicious for several days.
