Strawberry mojito with Xucker Bronxe
Mojitos are characterized by the use of cane sugar and their fruity notes. This is further enhanced by the delicious strawberries in the strawberry mojito, creating a special cocktail experience!
Fruity strawberry mojito with no added sugar
We prepare our strawberry mojito with Xucker Bronxe, our calorie-free raw sugar substitute. This saves us a lot of calories and protects our teeth while sipping our cocktail. Not bad, right? This sugar-sweet drink is also a real feast for the eyes.
Instructions
1. For our strawberry mojito with Xucker Bronxe, we first wash the strawberries, limes, and mint.
2. Then blend the strawberries with a splash of (mineral) water and strain through a sieve to remove the seeds.
3. Cut the limes into eighths and divide them between the glasses.
4. Add Xucker Bronxe (we used 3 teaspoons each) to the limes, if desired, and lightly crush with a muddler.
5. For each glass, lightly rub at least two mint leaves between your hands to allow the aroma to develop, and then add them to the glasses.
6. Fill the glasses with crushed ice, add 25 ml of rum to each, pour the strawberry puree over the top, and top with a little sparkling water if desired. Stir and enjoy.
