Vegan energy balls with raspberries and coconut

Make your own coconut energy balls (vegan)

Instructions
1. For the vegan energy balls with raspberry and coconut, first place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
2. Test with your fingers whether the finished dough can be formed into balls. If it still seems too wet or sticky, refrigerate the dough for 10-15 minutes. Experience shows that the dough is easier to work with afterward.
3. Take a spoonful of dough and form it between your palms into small energy balls. Optionally, you can then roll the balls in desiccated coconut on a small plate. This gives them a little more crunch. Stored in the refrigerator, the energy balls will keep for 3-4 days. You can also freeze them.
