Vegan marble cake

Vegan marble cake

Marble cake is probably one of the most popular cakes ever. A moist batter in 2 different flavors combined by a strong swirl. The traditional pastry can also easily be prepared as a vegan version. Whole wheat marble cake without added sugar Instead of eggs, we use applesauce in this recipe for vegan marble cake. Instead of butter, we use a high-quality rapeseed oil and oat milk. In no time at all, a smooth batter is created, which rises nicely and fluffy thanks to baking powder and baking soda and stays super moist when covered with a thick layer of chocolate. A dream of a cake, even without butter and eggs.
